Lorraine joined Weston Financial in 2013 and has more than 25 years of experience in investment research and portfolio management. In her role as Director of Research, Lorraine oversees Weston’s investment and research processes. She most recently served as a portfolio manager for a local Registered Investment Advisor where she was responsible for model portfolio management, manager research and investment process improvement. Previously, Lorraine spent more than 10 years at Fidelity Investments Strategic Advisers as a Senior Analyst and Team Leader.
Lorraine earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia. As a student, she also served as a research assistant to behavioral finance Nobel Prize winner, Dr. Daniel Kahneman. Lorraine is a member of the CFA Institute, the Boston Security Analyst Society, the Toronto Society of Financial Analysts, the Chartered Alternative Investments Analysts Association and the Market Technicians Association.
